T J Chelak Jr: EFUSJON IS MOVING FORWARD, WHAT'S IN STORE FOR YOU AS A DISTRIBUTOR ???


I just got off another conference call with Efusjon Corporate, this time with Aaron Callahan, Vice President of Efusjon.

So why am I still here at Efusjon, well let me refresh everyone’s memory as to why you initially joined Efusjon. You simply joined Efusjon just as I did because there is no other company in the industry who can provide the tools to help us build our book of business outside of traditional network marketing, period. And believe me they’re all coming out of the woodwork recruiting us now because they know you’ve joined a company.

I’ve even heard some people say the reason the meetings are a must and work is because you’re building a personal business. Well that’s sounds great on the surface, but let me ask those of you who have a downline after about 15 -20 people how many of the people in your downline do you work with directly? Unless you are hosting more than 2 meetings per week in a multitude of locations, you cannot touch everyone and give them the so-called warm and fuzzy. How can you? Why would you want to? It’s too difficult and then how many hours a week are you spending working this business while you have your full-time job which is needed to pay the bills right now. Sorry that’s reality. You are building a business of entrepreneurs who are building their own business’ not a babysitting job. Sound cold, not really it sounds like a business that can operate independently and on its own while you are on vacation, sick in bed, at your child’ school function, it is a business that runs itself not running you, this is full of self sufficient and full of take charge people that’s all. Do you think Sam Walton worked at all of his stores daily? Do you think Warren Buffett or Donald Trump work with every single person in their organization? Or do you think they delegate to leaders that are below them in a tiered corporate process and those leaders work with their vast organizations? That’s what you are doing here people.

That’s why Efusjon made so much sense to me and many of you who joined initially. You are working SMART not HARD. By incorporating traditional methods with viral marketing, you can build your business at a faster rate and smarter.

I would like to update everyone the many new changes that Efusjon has done to move forward. First of all I am going to reintroduce to all of you what Efusjon represents to us and anyone who you are interested in introducing Efusjon to. Efusjon is a beverage company that pays marketing dollars, simply with traditional aspects of direct marketing companies and with the advantage of viral marketing tools to help you succeed.

Many people are excited about joining a new company when it’s a start up, but then they do not understand the growing pains associated with it. Other very successful companies have even gone as far as having to change their name in order to grow (Monavie and look at the successful company they are today) their business. As in all young companies, it’s an opportunity that needs a individual who joins with an open mind to roll with the ship. It’s about to really set sail.

So I look at Efusjon as an opportunity to not only represent a great product, but also learn from a company who is setting the precedence of how many companies will operate in the future and you get to learn all of this in a fun way with a very little cost investment (after all we do get to drink the product, advertise the product by offering it to others, bring it to a sports event or have a party). You are learning viral marketing at its best. How much would it cost you to take a class, attend a seminar, buy tapes or hire someone to set your business up to market even when you’re not.

I believe that in order for ANY business to grow in the world today, embracing technology is imperative to its growth.

Efusjon has just wrapped its first year in business. It grew leaps and bounds so fast they broke records in the network marketing industry. They finished working the broad strokes of business building and now they’re working on polishing and growing it for growth in other ways.

There has been a whirlwind of new faces added to Efusjon to assist us in a multitude of ways in addition to the many new viral tools that are going to be rolled out this month. We are about to really see what Efusjon is really made of.

So who are the players?

· Kathy Humphries – Corporate Liason between Corporate & Sales extensive background in direct sales, our National Sales Manager.

· Jody Lederman – Former PR for Paramount Pictures, Digital Entertainment Division & former producer with Next Game Gods. Purpose to launch all viral marketing tools & work with creative company to develop new tools, not only to continue upgrading facebook but other social networks as well (check her out on linkedin).

· Steve Bunzi – Customer Service. Purpose to oversee all customer service (they just took over an entire Verizon Call Center to provide the necessary expansion & support. Completely revamped system with entirely new email & phone call in system.

· Dawn Snarr & Spencer Snarr – Husband & Wife team to provide all technical & market training needed to assist you in your quest for success with Efusjon.

So what is being launched in September?

First, I don’t know all of what is about to be launched but there are many for the month, tools, marketing & training but here’s a preview for now:

· Contests, with point system giving away cars to distributors based upon an enrollee represents a certain # of points and then when converting to executive status, this represents additional points

· New Enrollee Care Training Package – When your new distributor signs up, he/she will get a welcome aboard email package to include a list of up and coming links to live training meetings, hosted training for their recruits, a digital platform, training on how to use website, launch viral tools, optimize viral marketing and how to customize (viral marketing platforms already to launch for you individually)

· Obviously, Dawn and Breeze

· Marketing paraphernalia galore to be available during the month of September for you to order and utilize in your quest for success.

· Marketing tools video, audio, pdfs etc.

· New Countries – Canada, others to follow.

Why am I telling you this before the company, because you’re fortunate I have an opportunity to update everyone before they announce it. I got too excited and couldn’t wait. So the other questions:

Where’s Derek – Still legally not able to do anything yet, not gone and still cannot market Efusjon on Facebook. Derek was only one aspect of this company’s vision to launch beverage products that pay marketing dollars through the use of viral marketing. Their intention was to utilize a multitude of sources to layer the viral marketing opportunity from a variety of sources and simultaneously in different directions, Derek was not the messiah.

What about Facebook – Yes, there will be training tools, upgrades and tweaking along the way, but according to Facebooks strict guidelines other social networks are more lenient, so we don’t want to put all of our eggs of opportunity in just one basket.

WHY DO I WANT TO STAY IN EFUSJON OR MY DISTRIBUTORS? Because there is no other opportunity out there that can help you in your quest for success by working smart not hard period. Fundamentally you are still building a business, but one which is providing the tools to mass market, not to exhaust your friends & family list and then go cold BEST OF ALL AT NO COST.

What’s the alternative, which one would you rather be a part of? One that has a limit to your circle of influence and then you have to work several nights per week doing meetings in order to grow your business or one that works 24/7 for you even when you’re not working? I like the sound of that SECOND one, working smart. So you don’t have to.

I know where I am and why I made this commitment and I want to go for the ride to see a company take several industries to an entirely new direction on how business is conducted.
